Other import news at Pomona had the Toyota Schick Quattro Celica Funny Car of Jerry Toliver parlay a number 15 qualifying spot into a victory. Toliver powered down a wickedly fast 4.738 at 328.22 mph in the semis to oust Del Worsham and a 4.821 at 319.29 mph in the finals to vanquish Gary Densham. Good news for Honda and Acura owners who want street-legal performance that's affordable: Edelbrock's new Pro Flo one-piece headers were issued Executive Order (E.O) number D-215-60 and are now emissions-legal in all 50 states.
The Pro Flo one-piece headers feature a new 4-2-1 design that eliminates the intermediate flange gasket.
