Heat Resistance
Thermo-Tectm, introduces its Thermo-Flex product line. This new generation of products features plug wire shields, wire loom and hose protectors that are designed to provide abrasion resistance, thermal insulation and physical containment of hoses and wiring. Unlike other products in this category that are made of plastic, the Thermo-Flex lineup is constructed of a combination of aluminum and silica materials designed to protect against heat-related failures. Thermo-Flex products not only increase the product safety factor but also are easy to install and add a finished look. Thermo-Flextm plug wire shields protect wires from contact with the header and hose wire loom covers encase most under hood wires to reflect heat away and provide abrasion resistance with improved appearance. The hose and wire protectors shield the oil, water and coolant hoses from excess heat and add to their durability. Thermo-Flex air ducts are more durable than traditional similar products made of plastic and other materials. These air ducts provide flexibility and strength for ducting air into the brake system, air intake to the engine and driver compartment cooling.

Oil pan
Moroso Performance Products has engineered a custom-fabricated, all-aluminum oil pan for Toyota 3TC, 2T and 2TC engines. The track-proven pan features a louvered windage tray with built in crank scraper to prevent oil from splashing back onto the rotating assembly. Other features include dual kicked-out sumps for added capacity, dynamic trap-door baffling, one-piece pan rail and dual drain plugs.
