A perfect example of a tuned development street car, versus an all-out competition race car, Blitz's Miata features a near stock interior right down to the shift knob.
Beyond the addition of a carbon-fiber triple gauge pod, the Roadster's interior remains completely stock. The ergonomically correct seats, thick-ringed steering wheel and stubby shift knob remain just as Mazda intended. Blitz also left the drivetrain untouched, which is up to the task of handling the additional horsepower. This means this Miata gets a little bit more "go juice," and still retains its easy stock clutch effort and a six-speed shifting feel that we swear feels better and better the faster and harder you try to shift it.
The open-top Roadster's body retains its Blitz-signature stark white exterior, accented by select Mazdaspeed body pieces and some custom vinyl graphics. Dropped by a set of Blitz Super Flex Suspension lowering springs, this Miata rides hard on a set of 18-inch Black Matt Blue Blitz BRW Profile 08 wheels, wrapped in 225-width Dunlop Le Mans rubber. Tastefully modified by the Mazdaspeed bumpers, you'd never know that something else was going on under the hood, until you catch a glimpse of the front-mount intercooler resting in the nose.
With a Mazda MX-5 in their hands that's been boosted, tightened and tuned, Blitz has accomplished its goals. Combining the original spirit of the car while upgrading and accentuating its weaker points, is the key to making a well-tuned car. Blitz knows this and now an entire legion of Miata owners will as well.

The color display and control...

The color display and control interface for Blitz's SBC i-Color boost controller has been cleverly hidden away in the lower portion of the dashboard, easily within reach of the driver.
