The RSX is Honda's new performance flagship. The current-generation Civic has not been embraced in the same manner as prior Civics, even with the addition of the Si. The RSX takes well to mods, and like its Integra predecessor, the intake tract has a lot to offer.
In testing AEM's cold-air intake system, our eyebrows raised when the dyno flashed a 20-plus-hp gain. The CAI system mounts the filter outside of the engine bay, where it can ingest a stream of cool air. The extra work of relocating the windshield washer bottle to fit the kit is certainly worth netting 180.7 whp! With its less-than-$400 MSRP, that's less than $20 per pony (at the wheels)-bang-for-the-buck doesn't get much better than that.
