It was an underground rebellion conceptualized by Venom Racing. With no big PR push, Venom used only word of mouth to bring attention to its Dyno Day celebration of power. Venom put on a dyno demonstration and competition along with an impromptu car show to thank its customers and to meet new prospective customers.
The demonstration consisted of running the awe-inspiring Venom Pro Class Tundra on Venom's Dynojet chassis dyno. The competition was a dyno shootout contested in six categories as outlined in the accompanying results chart. The winners received a free Venom Nitrous kit.
On the show side, racers from Team Bergenholtz and Ron Lummis were on hand along with an eclectic mix of import and domestic creations. We hope to check out the next dyno day and maybe enter a car in the shootout ourselves.
