The major components of the system include four strut assemblies, air reservoir (orange), solenoid/air dryer assembly, ECU (red, yellow), air compressor and height sensors. The components come pre-assembled and ready to bolt in place using OE mounting points.

Here we see the strut installed on the vehicle. The trunk-mounted ECU uses data from the height sensors and an accelerometer to control ride height when in track mode. The sensor and ECU also automatically corner-weight the vehicle.

There was a dramatic difference in steering input between the track-mode WRX and the stock 2004 edition. The track-mode car was able to maintain its composure at the apex of the turn, whereas the other WRXs plowed like they were clearing a field for summer crops.
